Our engagement with Movement Strategy started with an initial pilot project. Then a comprehensive full year award strategy that elevates agency reputation and can drive new business development.
Movement Strategy’s Challenge:
Movement believed that their best work could compete against much larger agency rivals, but couldn’t match numbers with rivals in terms of in-house award specialists. Movement couldn’t divert substantial internal resources from billable work to climb the awards learning curve. Enter Brave Dog.

Telling a story how each asset or campaign identified a creative solution, developed unique executions, and delivered impactful results.
The Solution:
Developing a long term awards strategy: to build on the initial wins, we worked with Movement to identify their recognition goals. We assessed a range of agency projects best matched for winning potential while reinforcing their business development strategy. Then we created an annual plan to affordably achieve these goals. Their annual win rate peaks 52% finalist and 41% win (bronze, silver, gold).
