Paramount+ with SHOWTIME

We first partnered with the CBS Interactive team back in 2019. Since then, it has evolved to what it’s known as today – Paramount+ with SHOWTIME. The 2024 goal was to get this team recognized as a singular unit and bring home as many relevant accolades as possible.
Paramount+ with SHOWTIME’s Award Challenge:
The partnership between Paramount+ and SHOWTIME created slight changes to the overall goals of the streaming platform and we were excited to take on the shift. Because of this partnership, there was a larger catalog of creative in 2024 compared to years past. Our teams collaborated to strategically submit to competitions and categories where we felt the strongest alignment with Paramount+ with SHOWTIME’s work and ultimately their award goals.
The Solution:
While we submitted to a total of 11 award competitions in the 2024 calendar year, the majority of our budget was allocated to Clio Entertainment (37%) and GEMA North America (34%), fka Promax. As designed, our collective decision to do so paid off. In 2024, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME had a 30% win rate across all competitions, with 61% of total entries shortlisted. This was a huge YOY increase - 2023 brought home an 18% win rate and a 28% shortlisted rate.
